Please note that group reservations are accepted & scheduled during our Fall Season.
Pricing and Reservation Information
Group Nights, Campfires, Log Cabin, and Welcome Porch reservations are non-refundable. If the weather is questionable that day, please call ahead as the weather can change within a short time frame or can miss us completely. If the weather changes your plan, we will work with you to reschedule for a later date or carry over your reservation to the next season.

Birthday Party Package

Admission

Birthday Party packages include 15 admission tickets that can be used on the date of the birthday party. Additional attendees are invited to purchase their Admission online prior to or at the gate the day of the event.

Venue

Host your birthday party at our NEW Log Cabin, located West of the Super Slide. Your Log Cabin reservation also includes a private Campfire site.

Barn Show Fun!

Your birthday child will receive a special "Happy Birthday" announcement at the Red Rock Arena Barn Show that occurs during your party time. They will also be invited to assist with a portion of the same show!

Special Accommodations

If your party is in need of additional supplies such as tables, chairs, heaters, etc., please include that in your request below. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What’s better than a cool autumn day spent around a campfire?

Reserving a campfire at Center Grove Orchard allows you to grab a hot dog, s’mores, and roasting sticks, and tell jokes or swap stories around an open fire.

Farmyard Admission is required for each person age 3 and older.

Bring your group out for an evening of fun!

Group Nights are great for groups of 25 or more (additional members are $13.95), like church youth groups, family gatherings, and clubs.

An event space, comfortably seating up to 30 people.

Surrounded by our Farmyard and Orchard makes for unique views and memorable gatherings. Beautiful surroundings, fun activities, and great food— all that’s missing is your group!

Farmyard Admission only required for each person who wishes to enter the Farmyard.

Admission

The more the merrier! Discounts for large groups are available when 200+ tickets are purchased in a single transaction. Admission vouchers are a great way to add a personal touch to your event. Each event leader will receive a customized voucher for their event that they will then pass out to each of their guests.

Food Options

We strive to provide a memorable experience for each group. With a variety of food venues there is something for everyone! We offer catering. Welcome Porch and Log Cabin reservations have the capability to have their meal catered directly at the venue.

Gathering Locations

We strongly encourage groups to have a “Home Base” for their event. Three available options are to reserve the Welcome Porch, the Log Cabin, or a Campfire site. We do have picnic tables around the farm, however, we cannot guarantee availability.

FAQs

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD?

Yes, outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

DOES CENTER GROVE ORCHARD ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERING SERVICES?

If you plan to use an outside catering service (i.e. you are paying someone to prepare food for and/or serve food to your group), you must register the caterer when booking your event. An outside catering fee of $200 must be paid in full prior to your event. Center Grove Orchard staff will need to be alerted so that they can direct the caterer to your site or deliver the catering to your site. 
Outside caterers absolutely may not drive to the campfire sites unless accompanied by CGO staff.

CATERING CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation policy applies to the agreed upon price on the food for your event. 
  • Cancelled more than 14 days in advance of your event no fees will be charged. 
  • Cancellations between 3 and 14 days prior to your event, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. 
  • A 50% fee will be charged if the event is cancelled between 1 and 3 days. 
  • For cancellations that are less than 24 hours prior to the event, there will be a 100% cancellation fee. 

 Weather-related cancellations will acquire the following fees: 
  • A 10% cancellation fee will be charged if the event is cancelled 1-2 days prior to the event. 
  •  For cancellations that are less than 24 hours prior to the event, a 50% fee will be charged. 

We understand that life happens and weather can be unpredictable. Please understand that all cancellations and fees will be subject to management review and approval.

WHAT IS THE CATERING SERVICE FEE?

A 10% catering service fee will be added to any event that has 50 or more guests.
